1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and the team behind YouTube Money Farsi (“we”, “us”), which operates YouTube Money Farsi (https://youtubemoneyfarsi.com). By creating an account or buying from us, you accept these terms and our Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
2. Who can use the website
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these terms.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- New accounts verify their email address before using the free AI tools.
- The free plan is for one person, with one account. Creating several accounts to get more free usage is not allowed.
4. Our services
Each service page describes what is included, what is not, the price and how delivery works; that description forms part of your agreement with us. Before a service starts, we ask questions about your channel — please answer accurately, because the result depends on them.
- Complete Channel Audit: an in-depth review of your channel by our team, delivered to your dashboard.
- Private Consultation: an online session. We arrange the time with you after payment.
- 30-Day Coaching: a guided programme with tasks and feedback. Places are limited each month.
- Professional Thumbnail Design: thumbnails designed by our human designers, priced per thumbnail. If you send photos or materials, you confirm you have the right to let us use them for your design.
We give you our honest expert opinion and work, but we do not guarantee results such as views, subscribers, watch time, click-through rate, ranking or income. These depend on many things outside our control, including YouTube itself.
5. AI tools and AI Coach
- Our AI tools produce suggestions automatically. Results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to results given to others. Review them before you use them.
- The AI Coach is an automated AI system, not a human. It is not legal, financial or tax advice.
- You are responsible for how you use the results, including following the law and YouTube’s rules.
- Each plan has usage limits shown on the plans page. Free-plan use is also subject to automatic abuse checks.
- Do not submit sensitive personal data (for example health information) to the AI tools.
6. AI subscriptions
- Plans are sold for a monthly or yearly period, paid in advance. The price, period and any yearly discount are shown before you pay.
- Subscriptions do not currently renew or charge you automatically. Near the end of each period we remind you so you can renew if you wish. If we introduce automatic renewal for card payments, we will explain it and ask for your agreement before any automatic charge.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Usage limits reset at the start of each daily or monthly window, as shown for your plan.
7. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. The payment methods available depend on the country you select.
- For cryptocurrency, the amount due is calculated at the exchange rate when the payment is created and must be paid before the invoice expires. Underpaid or late payments are reviewed.
- HesabPay payments are confirmed after we check your uploaded receipt.
- Your order starts once payment is confirmed.
8. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy.
9. Digital books
When you buy a book you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and download it for your own use. You may not share, resell or publish it. The book page shows the book’s actual language and format.
10. Your content
You keep the rights to what you upload or submit. You allow us to use it only to provide our services to you. Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload other people’s copyrighted work (for example another creator’s thumbnail or script) unless you have their permission or the law allows it. We may remove content that appears to break the law or these terms.
11. What you must not do
- Use the website for anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful or harmful.
- Try to get around usage limits or security checks, or create multiple accounts to abuse the free plan.
- Use bots, scraping or automated requests, or try to reverse-engineer or overload the website.
- Infringe other people’s rights, including copyright and trademarks.
12. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text and materials belong to us or our licensors. As between you and us, we claim no ownership of the AI results generated for you. Whether AI-generated material can be protected by copyright depends on the law where you are, and similar results may be produced for others.
YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
13. Third-party services
Payments are made through HesabPay, or in USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) network through our BTCPay Server payment page. Send USDT only on the TRON (TRC-20) network — funds sent on another network may be lost. YouTube data comes from YouTube API Services; by using features that access YouTube data you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
14. Responsibility and limits
We provide the website and AI tools “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your mandatory consumer rights.
15. Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where reasonable. You can ask us to close your account at any time. Records we must keep by law, such as payment records, are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. Each version has a number and date and earlier versions are kept. We will tell you about significant changes before they take effect, and the version in force when you bought something applies to that purchase.
17. Law and disputes
If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows. If you have a complaint, please contact us first through our contact form — most problems can be solved quickly.
